With advancement in DDR technology and the transition to higher data rates, it has become imperative to pay attention to physical layer problems, especially signal integrity. It is time to move beyond compliance testing to take a closer look at the signals.
In this webinar, we present the DDR Debug tool from Teledyne LeCroy to identify, analyze and debug Signal Integrity issues concerning DDR platforms. We demonstrate key features such as automatic Read/Write separation, multiple measurement scenarios and eye-diagrams. We discuss probing challenges and propose suitable solutions to enable engineers get the best insight from their DDR measurements.
