During the presentation we discuss the fact that high-speed interconnections are not transparent. We will examine the eye diagram and jitter measurements of the signal passing through a differential DUT. We will also examine the concepts of S-parameters and impedance profile and how combined measurements, time domain and frequency domain, are a key factor to have a thorough knowledge of the DUT.
