For DDRx debugging, an interposer is often needed because the signals can’t be accessed at the correct point. The interposer often has a negative effect on the signal shape, degrading measurements and test results. This can be solved by de-embedding the interposer, thereby removing the impairment on the signals.
During this webinar we will explain how to implement interposer de-embedding using a Teledyne LeCroy Digital Oscilloscope and Touchstone files.
