What is a digital oscilloscope?
In this webinar we will describe all of the internal blocks of a typical digital oscilloscope, explaining how sample rate, time-window, and analog vertical amplifier interact with each other - and how they are supposed to be used. We will also explain what happens when a signal is under-sampled and how to avoid aliasing. You will learn how to identify and capture rare events. We will then briefly touch upon some of the aspects of system bandwidth when a passive probe is used and how this is affects the overall measurement accuracy.
The webinar addresses all aspects that improve the use of the oscilloscope, its standard accessories and analysis software, in order to obtain accurate and easily interpretable results.
