This new software option for the WavePulser 40iX High-Speed Interconnect Analyzer is a powerful de-embedding capability designed to deliver highly accurate S-parameter extraction.

1xShort/Open, 2x-Thru, and 2x-Thru impedance corrected in accordance with IEEE Std 370™
Achieve extreme precision with impedance-driven insights powered by WavePulser TDR technology
Extract S-parameters by splitting the 2x-Thru structure to isolate and eliminate fixture effects (2x-Thru) or extract Gating Parameters based on the impedance measurement and save them to left and right S-parameter files (2x-Thru Impedance Corrected)

This option enhances precision and flexibility in signal integrity workflows, helping engineers achieve reliable high-frequency characterization with minimal setup complexity.
